Jane is a life coach and the author of the book, Just Get it Over With: A 12-week Jumpstart to Great Health in Body, Mind and Spirit. Her passion is to help you motivate and inspire yourself to great health through motivational seminars, on-line courses, and individual and group coaching. Let’s unleash your dreams and passions and get you in the best shape of your life so you can live fit, free, energized and with loose pants versus overwhelmed, crabby, drained and with tight pants! Buy a well for the poor.

Kayak with Killer Whales. Avoid be eaten.

photo: skiingTo be my best and live my dreams and goals, I need to be renewed and refreshed versus worn-out and crabby. I believe in proactively making time each day for things I love to do and that fill my tank.

Here's my list of what I love to do with me and those I love:

 

  • Play games (Hearts, Triple Solitaire, Ping Pong,). Laugh. Win!
  • Catch big fish.
  • Relax in the sun. Nap.
  • Speed rush (Water Skiing, Mountain Biking, Water Rides.)
  • Be with Jesus (Listen to music, read the Bible, just be).
  • Belly laughs or great conversations with family and friends.
  • Lay around with husband Tim.
  • Be outside and enjoying nature. Peace. Beauty. Quiet.
  • Dance around house to fun music.
  • Hard, competitive workout. Push limits.

Here are my Top 5 Values. What are yours?

 

  • God: I am a child of God and a daughter of a King. My strength, my joy and my life comes from my relationship with Christ. Without him, I am nothing and accomplish nothing of lasting value. With him, all things are possible.
  • photo: Jane and husband TimRelationships: I am a crown jewel for my husband Tim. I build him up and support him like the great gift from God that he is. I highly value family and friends and cultivate healthy, fun, intimate and life-giving relationships.
  • Health and Fitness: I am a woman who eats right and puts forth the effort to stay in superior shape. I value growing in wisdom and knowledge. I am patient and filled with peace. I enjoy nature and seek its beauty.
  • Successful Business: I love to motivate and inspire great health in body, mind and spirit. It is fun and makes such a positive difference. I want to help as many people as possible reach their goals so I can reach my goal of building and living at a beautiful mind, body and spirit retreat center on a lake in northern Wisconsin.
  • Fun/Adventure: I love to play and have fun. I love to laugh a lot and enjoy life. I seek adventure and play.
